Paradise Hotel Busan splits its rooms and facilities across two buildings, so the building you book shapes the stay as much as the view does.
Room names such as Ocean, Ocean Terrace and City are not interchangeable either.

Why stay at Paradise Hotel Busan
The case for this hotel is the combination under one roof: a beachfront address, ocean-view room categories, a garden spa, an outdoor pool and a children's play area.
The trade-off is that several of those facilities are for room guests only and charged separately. Treat them as add-ons to price in, not as part of every rate.
The complex also houses a casino, which this page does not cover.
Where it sits on Haeundae Beach
The address is on Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, the road along the beach. The hotel's directions page lists Haeundae Station on Line 2 as the nearest stop, about a 10-minute walk from Exits 3 and 5.
That places it toward the busier middle of the bay, in contrast to the wooded Dongbaekseom end. The Haeundae area guide lays out the hotel zones, and Haeundae vs Gwangalli helps if you are still choosing a beach.
Main building vs Annex
The Korea Tourism Organization lists the hotel as two buildings, a Main and an Annex. The official pages assign specific rooms and facilities to each.
| Main | Annex | |
|---|---|---|
| Facilities | Ocean Spa CIMER (4F), On The Plate buffet (1F) | Outdoor Ocean Spa Pool (4F), Kids Village (B1), Lounge Paradise (1F) |
| Room categories | Deluxe City, Deluxe Ocean Terrace, Suite City, Suite Ocean Terrace, Special Suites (Ruby, Emerald, Diamond) | Deluxe City, Deluxe Ocean, Deluxe Ocean Terrace, Premium Deluxe Ocean, Suite Ocean Terrace, Special Suite (Sapphire) |
| Smoking | Not stated on the pages checked | All Annex rooms are non-smoking |
The pages checked do not describe an indoor route between the two buildings or give a walking distance. Confirm how guests move between them before you plan around both.
Room types and ocean views
The hotel's room list sorts rooms by view and building. Sizes, bed options and occupancy below come from the official room pages, checked on October 28, 2026.
| Room Category | View | Main or Annex | Bed Options | Occupancy Guidance | Who It May Suit | Important Caution |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deluxe City | City | Main or Annex | King or Twin; ondol listed on the Main page | 2 adults, 33 m² | Travelers who care more about location and facilities than the view | Not an ocean view |
| Deluxe Ocean | Ocean, side view of the beach | Annex | King or ondol | 2 adults, 36 m² | Couples who want a sea view from the window | No terrace; the view varies by floor |
| Deluxe Ocean Terrace | Ocean, with terrace | Main or Annex | King or Twin | 2 adults, 33 m² | Couples who want outdoor air | The building changes the outlook; confirm it |
| Premium Deluxe Ocean King | Ocean | Annex | King plus one sofa bed | 3 adults, 44 m² | Small families | No terrace; the view varies by floor |
| Premium Deluxe Ocean Twin | Ocean | Annex | Twin | 3 adults, 51 m² | A parent with a child, or friends sharing | Confirm how the third bed is provided |
| Suite City | City | Main | King or ondol | 2 adults, 66 m²; the ondol version allows more | Families who want floor bedding and space | No ocean view |
| Suite Ocean Terrace | Ocean, with terrace | Main or Annex | King | 2 adults, 66 m² Main, 76 m² Annex | Couples who want more space | Balcony layout differs between the Main and Annex pages |
| Special Suites (Ruby, Emerald, Diamond in Main; Sapphire in Annex) | Ocean, with terrace | Main or Annex | King or Twin | By telephone enquiry | Groups and special occasions | Size and occupancy are not stated online |
An ondol suite is listed for up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 elementary-age children, which matters for families counting heads.
Found a building and view that fits your group?
Paradise Hotel Busan, Haeundae Beach, Haeundae-gu, Busan
Rates and availability are shown on Agoda.
Which ocean view should you book?
The hotel's own room pages draw the line clearly. A room named Ocean View has no terrace, and the beach appears at a side angle. A room named Ocean Terrace adds an outdoor space.
- You want to step outside: pick an Ocean Terrace category, Deluxe or Suite.
- A window view is enough: Deluxe Ocean in the Annex gives a sea view without a balcony.
- Three people in one room: Premium Deluxe Ocean King or Twin lists three adults.
- The view is not the point: Deluxe City keeps the hotel's facilities and drops the sea.
A category is not a promise about every floor. The hotel says the view varies by floor, so add a higher-floor request to your booking and treat it as a request, not a guarantee.
Which room fits your trip
Two adults. Deluxe Ocean Terrace or Deluxe Ocean covers most couples. Suite Ocean Terrace adds floor area.
Family with one child. Premium Deluxe Ocean King lists a sofa bed. Check the child's age rules with the hotel.
Family with two children. An ondol Suite City lists up to 2 adults and 2 elementary-age children. It has a city view.
Group. Special Suites are quoted by phone. The hotel's number is 051-742-2121.
Ocean Spa CIMER
CIMER is the hotel's garden-style spa on the 4th floor of the Main building. The official page lists four sessions a day: 08:00 to 11:10, 11:30 to 14:40, 15:00 to 18:10 and 18:30 to 21:50, with 20 minutes of cleaning between them.
It is for room guests only. The page lists KRW 44,000 for an adult and KRW 22,000 for a child (49 months to elementary school), tax and service included, once per night. Additional use is listed at a discount for registered guests outside peak season.
Entry is allowed for as many people as are registered on the room booking. The page lists a Kids Zone, an Aqua Bar and an Infinity Spa on site.
The rules are strict. Water-play equipment, food and smoking are not allowed. Bring water shoes or slippers, and change and shower in your room, because lockers and showers may be limited.
The spa facilities have a regular monthly closure day with exceptions, so check the hotel's monthly notices for your dates. CIMER's number is 051-749-2358.
Outdoor Ocean Spa Pool
The Outdoor Ocean Spa Pool is on the 4th floor of the Annex. It is a different facility from CIMER, with its own page and its own building.
The sessions match CIMER's four slots, and the fee, once-per-night limit and rules are the same on the official page. Oil is allowed only at the ocean pool.
Beyond the pool, the page lists a poolside bar, a sunbed zone and a rooftop photo and tanning zone. The rooftop is listed for adults only, 08:00 to 20:00. Temporary closure notices appear on the page, so look for one before you plan a pool day.
Pool and spa access depends on the room and dates you book.

CIMER vs the Outdoor Ocean Spa Pool
| Ocean Spa CIMER | Outdoor Ocean Spa Pool | |
|---|---|---|
| Building and floor | Main, 4F | Annex, 4F |
| Setting | Garden-style spa pools | Long outdoor pool, loungers, rooftop |
| Who can enter | Room guests only | Room guests only |
| Fee on the official page | KRW 44,000 adult, KRW 22,000 child | Same |
| Sessions | Four a day | Same four |
| Oil | Not allowed | Allowed at the ocean pool only |
Choose CIMER for a spa-style soak and the pool for sun and loungers. Each fee applies per use, so using both on one night is a cost to plan for.
Kids Village
Kids Village is on the Annex B1. The hotel describes it as about 400 pyeong of indoor space.
The BMW Kids Driving program runs in three short sessions a day and needs a reservation. The hotel opens booking for each month on a set day, and the program page has the date and time.
The program is listed as free for guests, once per night, with an age window set by birth year. The hotel cautions that children 120 cm or taller may find the cars tight. Bring proof of age, and a guardian must come along.
Play LAB (console and arcade games), the HABA Kids Lounge and the Woongjin Bookclub run in the daytime for guests, with a maintenance break. They list ages 1 to 13 and a guardian rule for elementary age and under. Outside food and drink are not allowed.
Any paid experience is charged at check-out. If you cancel the room, the program booking is cancelled with it.
Breakfast and dining
On The Plate, on the 1st floor of the Main building, is the buffet. The buffet page lists breakfast for room guests only, from 06:30 to 10:00, with lunch and dinner priced separately. Check whether your rate includes breakfast, because the walk-in price is separate.
Lounge Paradise, on the Annex 1F, serves a lounge breakfast and tea time. The page ties it to selected packages with a separate in-house guest fee. Do not assume a package benefit from another listing carries over to the rate you book.
The hotel's other outlets include Japanese dining, a lobby lounge, a bar and a bakery. This guide does not give menus or prices, which change.
Dietary needs. Muslim travelers, vegetarians and guests with allergies should ask each outlet directly. The pages checked do not describe halal, vegetarian or allergen handling, so do not assume any dish suits those needs.
Couples
Couples are the simplest fit. Deluxe Ocean Terrace or Suite Ocean Terrace gives an outdoor space, CIMER offers a spa soak, and the rooftop of the Outdoor Ocean Spa Pool is listed for adults only.
Book the room first, since both facilities are for guests only. The 2-day Busan itinerary shows how a beach stay fits with the rest of the city.
Getting there from Gimhae Airport and Busan Station
The hotel pages checked do not list an airport shuttle. The Korea Tourism Organization listing leaves its pickup field empty.
From Gimhae Airport, the airport operator says the light rail connects to Metro Line 2 at Sasang. The hotel's directions page lists Sasang Station on Line 2 as a route to Haeundae Station, with Exits 3 and 5 toward the hotel.
From Busan Station, the hotel's page lists Line 1 to Seomyeon, then Line 2 to Haeundae Station. The KTX booking guide covers the train into Busan, and the Korea transportation guide covers cards and subway basics.
The same directions page names airport limousine routes and a taxi estimate, but it uses older hotel names, so treat it as a lead and not a timetable. Check a current route app, or ask the hotel, for times, fares and stops.
Around Haeundae Beach
The beach is the main draw, and the hotel adds its own spa and pool on site. Dongbaekseom, the wooded headland at the west end of the bay, is covered in the Westin Josun Busan guide.
For meals beyond the hotel, what to eat in Busan covers local dishes. For a base beyond Haeundae, see where to stay in Busan.
Paradise vs Westin Josun Busan
Both are Haeundae beachfront hotels, but they sit in different parts of the bay and list different facilities. The Westin facts come from the guide checked on October 23, 2026.
| Paradise Hotel Busan | The Westin Josun Busan | |
|---|---|---|
| Position | Toward the middle of the bay, on Haeundaehaebyeon-ro | Dongbaekseom end of the bay |
| Nearest station | Haeundae Station, Line 2, about 10 minutes on foot per the hotel | Dongbaek Station, Line 2; no official walking time found |
| Rooms | 532 in two buildings | 290 |
| Water facilities | CIMER spa and outdoor pool, by session, with fees | Indoor pool; hours and fees not stated in the sources checked |
| Children | Kids Village in the Annex | Family room setups; guardian rule for children under 12 at the pool |
| Check-in / check-out | 15:00 / 11:00 | 15:00 / 12:00, per the Korea Tourism Organization |
This is not a ranking. Paradise lists more on-site facilities in the sources checked, and the Westin sits in a quieter setting. Compare the rate you are quoted for each on your dates, because totals depend on room, dates and what the rate includes.
Who should choose Paradise Hotel Busan
Couples who want a sea view, a spa and a pool without leaving the hotel.
Families with children who will use Kids Village, provided they reserve the programs that need a booking.
Guests who like a hotel with activities on site and are happy to pay the listed per-use fees.
Who may prefer another hotel
Budget-minded travelers. If you will not use the spa, pool or Kids Village, the extra fees buy little.
Guests who want a quiet cove. The Dongbaekseom end of the bay is calmer.
Guests who need a door-to-door shuttle. None is listed on the pages checked.
Booking checklist
- Building: confirm Main or Annex, since CIMER, the pool and Kids Village are in different buildings.
- View category: Ocean View has no terrace. Ocean Terrace does. City has no ocean view.
- Occupancy: count adults and children by age and match them to the category.
- Breakfast: see whether your rate includes it and for how many guests.
- Facility fees: CIMER and the pool are charged per use for room guests.
- Reservations: BMW Kids Driving needs a booking. Check the program page for when it opens.
- Closures: look for monthly spa closure days and temporary notices.
- Check-out: 11:00 on the hotel's pages. Late check-out is charged per hour and must be requested in advance. Other listings may show a different time, so follow your booking confirmation.
- Taxes and totals: compare the final payable total, not the nightly headline.
