Signiel Seoul is a hotel inside a skyscraper: it occupies floors 76 to 101 of Lotte World Tower.

The view and the building are what you book. Jamsil Station is at the base, and Lotte World, the mall, and Seokchon Lake are within a short walk.

The trade-off is how the rooms are set up. The entry category sleeps two adults and takes no extra bed, so groups and families need to read the room table before booking.

The hotel's own site lists the address as floors 76 to 101 of the tower. Room photos on booking sites show what each category looks like; this page does not carry them because none were available under a reuse license.

Who this hotel suits

Couples and special occasions. Most room categories are built for two, and several offer a bathroom with a view as an option.

Travelers who want the view itself. The hotel occupies floors 76 to 101, and it sells city view and river view as separate room options.

Jamsil and Gangnam itineraries. Line 2 from Jamsil runs to Samseong, Gangnam, and Hongdae without a transfer.

Wellness-focused stays. The pool, gym, and sauna share the 85th floor, and the spa is on the 86th.

Travelers curious about Korean-style rooms. The room list includes Korean rooms and a Korean Suite with ondol, the traditional heated floor.

Room types and what to expect

The hotel's room pages list the categories below. Sizes are ranges because layouts vary by position in the tower.

The site also lists a Royal Suite. Its details were not checked for this guide.

The Grand Deluxe has hard limits. The hotel states it takes no extra beds, no additional guest over 13, and no twin beds. River view and the scenic bathroom are paid options on top of the base room.

The Korean Suite is the four-person option. It pairs a bedroom with an ondol area and Korean bedding. Extra beds, cribs, and kids' tents cannot be installed there, though the hotel offers one more Korean bedding set for a fee.

All rooms are non-smoking, and the hotel does not accept pets.

The pool and the gym close on the last Wednesday of each month. If that date falls in your stay, plan the swim for another day.

The hotel notes that guests with tattoos may be restricted from the sauna and the pool. Ask before you book if this applies to you.

Eating in the tower

The hotel's dining page lists BICENA for Korean cuisine and STAY for French cuisine, both on the 81st floor, with BAR 81 on the same floor. The Lounge and Pastry Salon are on the 79th, and there is in-room dining.

Each venue has its own reservation line on that page. For less formal meals in the same complex, see where to eat around Jamsil and Lotte World Mall.

If you have dietary needs, contact the restaurant directly. Halal, vegetarian, and allergy handling are not described on the dining listing.

Jamsil around the tower

The tower stands beside Seokchon Lake, with Lotte World Mall at its base and the Lotte World theme park and its castle island a few minutes away. The observation deck in the same tower is ticketed separately from the hotel.

Families who mainly want the theme park usually do better at Lotte Hotel World, which connects indoors to Lotte World and lists family and character rooms. The two hotels sit on opposite sides of the Jamsil Station intersection.

Subway access to Gangnam and central Seoul

Jamsil Station serves Lines 2 and 8. Line 2 reaches Samseong and COEX in a few stops and continues to Gangnam and, on the far side of the loop, Hongdae.

The palace district takes at least one transfer. Check a route app for the current time to Gyeongbokgung before deciding Jamsil is close enough for a palace-focused trip.

For a wider look at the neighborhood, the Jamsil and Songpa area guide compares the hotels and the trade-offs of staying there.

Getting there from Incheon Airport

K Airport Limousine route 6705A stops at a stop named Jamsil Lotte World Hotel. That stop is at Lotte Hotel World, across the Jamsil intersection from the tower, so allow a short walk with luggage.

The operator's timetable, checked on 22 October 2026, lists the first buses from the airport at 05:00 from Terminal 2 and 05:20 from Terminal 1. Toward the airport, the last bus from that stop leaves at 19:15.

The fare listed is ₩18,000 for adults and ₩12,000 for children aged 6 to 12. Schedules and fares change, so check the official timetable before you travel.

For a late flight, the subway, AREX, or a taxi is the realistic option. The Incheon Airport to Seoul guide compares them.

Who may prefer another hotel

Families with children over 13 sharing one room. The Grand Deluxe cannot take them, so the choice narrows to suites or two rooms.

Teenagers who want the gym or the lounge. The fitness center is 16 and over, and the lounge is above 13.

Theme park trips with young children. The walk to Lotte World is longer, and Lotte Hotel World is built around that use.

Palace-heavy first visits. Every day starts with a cross-city ride.

Budget travelers. This is a high-end hotel, and Jamsil has cheaper beds a few stops away.

What to check before booking

The view and bath option on your rate. City view, river view, and the scenic bathroom are separate options. Confirm which one the rate includes.

Occupancy for every guest. Count children by age and match them to the room's rules, not just to the bed count.

What the rate includes. Breakfast, lounge access, and cancellation terms vary by rate.

Taxes and fees in the total. Compare the final payable amount, not the nightly headline.

The last Wednesday of the month. The pool and gym close that day.

Your flight time. A departure after the last 6705A bus needs another route to the airport.

The take

Signiel Seoul is a view and a building first. If your trip is about Jamsil, Gangnam, or an occasion where the room itself is part of the plan, the location and the floor height deliver that.

If you are four people who need beds, or the trip is built around Lotte World with young children, the room rules work against you. Lotte Hotel World or a second room is the simpler answer.
